Hey YOU COMPUTER GENIUS....HELP ME out here!!!!!?

you dont need to restore,go into your files and delete anything you dont recognise as a program.also control-alt -delete starts task manager to tell you what processes are running on your system.if something is running you dont recognise stop it then delete it from add and remove programs.hope this helps.
