Prices on air conditioning leak and struts?

I'm looking for my first car and I found a car today in the paper.It's a 1995 Plymouth Neon for 800 dollars.The guy told me his wife owned it for 6 years and it only has 90 K miles.He did say it had an air conditioning leak and problems with the front struts?I really know nothing about cars but I was wanting to know if any mechanics or anyone that knows a great deal of knowledge about car parts could tell me of an approx. price to fix the two problems,and if it is worth it for my first car.
